Triangle’s is focused on producing high-tech aluminum e-bike frames. We are a company that pionneered the automated production of bicycle frames, using innovative technology in aluminum processing where the welding process is fully automated. Investing in cutting edge technology, our company is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment in the various stages of production, from hydroforming to heat treatments and cutting, including washing, painting and welding.

João Paulo Oliveira
Chief Executive Officer
Experience in Global Business (26 years in Bosch), having also been a member of the executive board (8 years in The Navigator Company – Semapa Group).
João Paulo has a degree in Industrial Production Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (1988) and an MBA in Commercial Engineering and Management AEP – ESADE, Spain (1994).


Luís Pedro
Product Executive Director
Experience in production and engineering (Cotesi, Trèves Group and Bosch), as well as in the management field of innovate and sustainable product design and quality (Director at Triangle’s since 2015). Luís has a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from University of Minho (2002) and an Executive MBA from the Porto Business School, University of Porto (2023).
Patrícia Villas-Boas
People & Sustainability Executive Director
Experience in people, culture, communication and sustainability leadership and strategy, having held senior roles at Schmidt Light Metal Group (7 years) and currently leading People & Sustainability at Triangle’s (since 2023). She is also an invited Professor at IPAM and Porto Business School. Patrícia has a Executive Certification in Employer Branding, holds a Post-Graduation in Management from Porto Business School (2002), training in HR Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (2018) and HR Strategy from London Business School (2021).


Horst Mattausch
Operations Executive Director
Leadership experience in industrial operations and plant management, with a strong focus on lean manufacturing (over 20 years in multinational industrial companies), having held executive and senior management roles at KIRCHHOFF Group (15 years), Durit (2 years) and Volkswagen Autoeuropa (6 years), among other automotive companies (OEM and Tier1). Horst has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (1994) and a Post-Graduation in Lean Management.
Eduardo Bianchi de Aguiar
Non-Executive
Experience in marketing and sales (Valdemar dos Santos and Allied Motion Portugal), in the field of operations (Director at Schindler). Eduardo has a degree in Motor Trade Management and Automobile Engineering from Chelsea College of Aeronautical & Automobile Engineering (1982) and an MBA in International Trade from IEP/ESADE (1993).
